Wire sawing, track sawing and demolition using Brokk demolition machines were used to carry out a vast amount of structural alterations on this contract at The Mailbox in Birmingham.

Controlled demolition was carried out in a predominantly live environment (public and business activity all around in this busy commercial area). This required noise reduction and vibration free concrete cutting services.

Our team removed thousands of meters of floor screed via a vibration-free concrete cutting method. This was by far the most challenging part of this demolition project. However, although this was particularly challenging, our method was so successful that we were able to work adjacent to live stores during normal trading hours with minimal impact. This benefited the client immensely allowing us to complete the demolition, wire sawing and track sawing on time and on budget.
