Find out more about our concrete crunching Services and specs:
At D T Central Ltd, we offer a reliable concrete crunching service that’s idea for a range of situations and projects. Based in the Midlands, we operate across the UK, working with a large number of prestigious construction firms.
The hand-held hydraulic crunching process is an ideal method for removing reinforced concrete walls, floors and staircases under controlled conditions. Generating 30 tons of destructive pressure, the jaws of this machine easily reduce most structures of up to 300mm thick to rubble quickly and efficiently.
As the equipment is silent in operation and creates virtually zero vibration, it is ideal for working in populated work areas where noise cannot be tolerated. When fitted to our Brokk demolition machines, it can be used to remove concrete of up to 700mm thick.
The power pack and jaws are relatively small, and as such can be used in areas that robotic demolition machines struggle to access. If you would like any additional information on crunching or diamond drilling, please contact our friendly, professional and helpful team, and we will be more than happy to help.
Cutting of reinforced concrete or asphalt gives clean and straight cutting depths of up to 500mm. The floor sawing method is used for cutting the following:
Each section can then be lifted out removing the vibration caused by using breakers. Expansion joints in new concrete floors can be formed with cutting widths varying from 3mm – 20mm.
We operate powerful Electric Floor Saws for internal cutting works. This method of floor sawing is ideally suited for protected environments including hospitals, food or chemical production facilities or heavily populated areas such as shopping centres and offices.
We can achieve depths of 500mm through heavily reinforced concrete floor slabs and ground beams. Although these machines can run diamond blades up to 1500mm diameter, they are designed to fit through standard personnel doors and as a result, minimises access problems. Due to these machines being powered by 415 volt electricity they are operator and environmentally friendly.
We have completed diamond drilling contracts for small and large customers across the UK
